Josefina Eizayaga
Founder & Fractional General Counsel
Josefina Eizayaga is a corporate and transactional attorney with more than 15 years of international legal experience advising companies, investors and executives on M&A, private equity investments, corporate governance, commercial transactions and cross-border strategy.
Her experience spans the United States and international markets, with particular expertise in technology and commercial transactions, SaaS and cloud agreements, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property and corporate matters.
As a General Counsel, Josefina has worked closely with executive leadership to manage legal risk, negotiate strategic transactions, build compliance frameworks and support businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
She brings a practical, business-oriented approach to legal advice: understanding the objective, identifying the risk, evaluating the options and helping management make the decision.
Josefina is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Argentina.
